CAUTION:
- Sharp objects or knives other than kitchen knives may leave scratches or marks.
- May be machine washed, but please avoid high temperature sterilization (175˚F or over)
- If sterilizing with microwave or with hot water, keep the board flat and sterilize within 10 seconds or less.
- Food with strong colors (ex. kimchi) or acidic food may get stained if standing on the board too long. Manufacturer encourages to wash immediately after using these types of food.
- If discoloration occurred, wash the board with baking soda, wipe water away, and dry it under the sun.
