Are your products brand new?
All our products are brand new, factory sealed. Otherwise, it will be noted in the description of the product.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship orders within 3 to 5 business days excluding postal holidays.
Some products may take longer, and it will be noted in the description of the product.
What is "Pre-order"?
Pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been published or released.
Pre-order items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days from the release date (exceptions may occur, but we will notify you).
** Please note that all items ordered with a pre-order item will ship together when the pre-order item is released.
What is "Handling Time"?
We would love to stock K-pop merchandises and other Korean products in our US office as many as we can, but there is so many things we need to consider.
Some products are currently in our warehouse in Korea or will be in stock soon, but they’re not yet at our US office. Any orders with handling time will be prepared for the next shipment to our US office. We’ll notify you via messages once the next shipment date is scheduled, and we’ll ship your item to you as soon as it arrives.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping, but the process is a bit different from our standard U.S. shipping.
If you're interested in purchasing from outside the U.S., please email us (kjcstar@gmail.com) or submit an inquiry through our Contact Us form with the item(s) you're interested in and your destination country. We’ll calculate the estimated shipping cost and create a manual order for you. A payment link will be sent once everything is confirmed. Orders are shipped directly from Korea via EMS.

Do you have a physical store or offer in-store pickup?
Although it is an office rather than a "physical store" for now, you may place an order online and pickup or visit our office to shop!

All K-pop albums and applicable K-pop merchandises from our shop will count towards SYNNARA chart, HANTEO chart, GAON chart, and KBS Music Bank.

My package is being returned to the sender. What does this mean?
This means the shipping carrier couldn’t deliver your package and has sent it back to us. This can happen if the address was incomplete (for example, missing an apartment, unit, or suite number) or if the package wasn’t claimed after a delivery attempt.
Once we receive the returned package, we’ll issue a refund for your order minus the original shipping cost. If you'd like to place a new order, please double-check your address details to avoid any issues.
