The story begins when a man is arrested by the police on charges of kidnapping two people with disabilities. During the investigation, authorities uncover a far more horrifying truth: he is not only responsible for the kidnappings but has murdered 223 innocent citizens under the guise of “human experimentation.” The prosecution promptly places him under arrest.

His name is Lee Young-hwan. A former medical school student who dropped out, he claims to possess the ability to cure all human diseases.
