Movie [Hear Me: Our Summer] Screenplay Vol. 1

Yongjun, an ordinary job seeker who doesn't have anything he's particularly good at or wants to do, starts an unwilling part-time job at his parents' lunch shop. On the day he begins, he delivers to a swimming pool, where he meets someone who creates a refreshing ripple in his heart. It's the bright smile and gestures of Summer, a swimmer who is deaf, as she watches her younger sibling, Autumn, swim. Yongjun is completely captivated by her.

Yongjun approaches Summer using sign language that he learned in college, and in return, Summer's heart, which had always lived for her younger sibling's dreams as if they were her own, gradually starts to open up to Yongjun. But just as they feel they’ve grown close, Summer starts to pull away again. What must they do for their worlds to reconnect?

특별히 잘하는 것도, 하고 싶은 것도 없는 평범한 취준생 용준. 부모님의 도시락 가게에서 내키지 않는 아르바이트를 시작한 그날, 배달을 하러 간 수영장에는 그의 마음에 청량한 파문을 일으키는 한 사람이 있었다. 농인 수영 선수인 동생 가을을 보며 환하게 웃는 여름의 미소와 손짓에 용준은 송두리째 마음을 빼앗기는데…

용준은 대학 시절 배웠던 수화로 여름에게 다가가고, 동생의 꿈이 자기 꿈인 양 살아온 여름의 마음속에도 어느새 용준이 서서히 스며든다. 하지만 가까워졌다고 느낀 순간 다시 멀어지고 마는 여름. 어떻게 해야 두 사람의 세상이 다시 맞닿을 수 있을까?
