Our Secret Diary Box Set

Since it was first introduced in Korea in 2023, 〈Our Secret Diary〉 has established itself as a powerhouse in the high-teen romance genre, especially after the release of the film adaptation of the same title. To celebrate the completion of the series and more than 150,000 copies sold of the Korean edition, a specially designed box set has been released.

This box set focuses on the concept of the story in which the main characters’ feelings begin to blossom as they exchange diaries without knowing each other’s identities. It includes a pink cabinet–designed box, as if it might hide the secret notes of the protagonists; the three books in the series that made readers’ hearts flutter; a thread-bound, softcover diary where readers can record everyday moments with their own partner; and a variety of special features. Among them are behind-the-scenes writing stories from the original author, Sakura Iiyo, who planned and wrote the series, as well as the work notes of illustrator Totti, who created the Korean edition’s cover illustrations—widely praised by readers for perfectly capturing the series’ atmosphere.

2023년 한국에 처음 소개된 이래 동명의 영화가 개봉하며 ‘하이틴로맨스’ 분야의 최강자로 자리매김한 〈말하고 싶은 비밀〉. 시리즈 완간 및 한국어판이 15만 부 이상 팔린 것을 기념해 특별한 구성의 박스 세트를 선보인다.

이번 박스 세트는 서로의 존재를 모른 채 교환 일기를 주고받으며 마음이 싹트는 주인공들의 서사를 콘셉트화하는 데 주력했다. 주인공들의 비밀스러운 쪽지가 숨겨져 있을 것만 같은 핑크빛 캐비닛 디자인의 박스, 독자들의 마음을 심쿵하게 했던 도서 3종, 실제 연인과의 일상을 기록할 사철 제본의 무선 다이어리, 이 시리즈를 기획하고 집필해 온 원작자 사쿠라 이이요 작가의 집필 비하인드 스토리와 독자들이 분위기 끝판왕이라 칭찬을 아끼지 않았던, 한국어판 시리즈의 표지 일러스트를 그린 토티 작가의 작업 노트 등이 풍성하게 담겨 있다.
