This album is a collaboration with Yoo Hae-joon, who composed songs like "The Mediterranean Sea," "Farewell, My Love," "Entreaty," and "Milky Way" for Park Sang-min, marking their reunion after a long time. Filled with Park Sang-min's characteristic deep emotions, the album features songs that resonate with his unique sensibility.

The title track, "My Person," is a love song that combines heartfelt lyrics like "Someone irreplaceable to me, more precious than anyone else" and "I only think of one person in every breath I take" with Park Sang-min's husky yet poignant voice.

In addition to the title track, the album includes five songs in total, ranging from typical pop ballads like "You're the Gift" and "Shower" to rock-based tracks like "You Can Do It" and an acoustic version of "My Person."
