His heart filled with fury on the podium where Kimigayo played and he suddenly became a hero of the nation, but he couldn't run anymore due to the Japanese government's oppression. After liberation, Seoul 1947, ‘Son Ki-jung’ approaches ‘Seo Yoon-bok’ who is rumored to become the second Son Ki-jung, and continuously suggests participating in the Boston Marathon. To regain the glory suppressed by Imperial Japan from the Berlin Olympics, the goal is the run once again, this time with the Korean Taegeuk mark proudly on the heart. Korean marathoners couldn’t even afford a pair of sneakers but now start an unforgettable journey to Boston, U.S.A….
