Shipping / Returns

SHIPPING 

Handling Time : 3 to 5 business days. Some items may have longer handling time, and it will be noted on product details page.

All orders are shipped via USPS Media / Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping (USPS Priority) are available as well.

Please refer below for shipping methods and transit times: 

Non-media Products (Ground Advantage): 3 to 15 business days depending on destination

Media Products (Media Mail): 3 to 15 business days depending on destination

 

SHIPPING FEE

Our shipping fee is calculated based on total weight of the order, starting at $4.99. Orders including any merchandises larger than key chains start at $9.99.

You will be able to see the shipping fee after entering the shipping information.

We do offer free shipping on orders of $200 or over and will be applied automatically if condition is met (some exclusions like complete book set may apply).

 

RETURNS

All return request must be made within 14 days after it is delivered.

1. Damaged/defective item:

Please notify us immediately with details (including photos if possible). We'll issue a return label to send the item back to us. Make sure to return ALL components of the item. A full refund will be issued after receiving & inspecting the item.

2. Received a wrong item:

Notify us immediately with details (including photos if possible). We'll issue a return label to send the item back to us. Please make sure the returning item is unused, unopened, and in original condition it was received. A full refund will be issued after receiving & inspecting the item. 

3. Changed mind/all other reasons:

We do accept all discretionary returns, but please note that we do not provide the return label. Please let us know the reason of return BEFORE sending the item back. We will send a return instruction and returning address. Please send the returning item is unused, unopened, and in original condition it was received. If possible, please let us know the tracking number of the returning item. We will issue a refund or store credit after receiving & inspecting item. If the returned item is opened or not in original condition as we sent, we may refuse the return and only partial refund/store credit may be issued.
