SNU Korean+ Student's Book 2B

This new series of textbooks for formal Korean courses was planned by the Language Education Institute of Seoul National University and published by the Seoul National University Publishing Culture Center to support efficient and gradual improvement of Korean language skills for learners.

Seoul National University Korean+ Student’s Book 2B is designed for adult learners who have completed approximately 200 hours of regular Korean instruction—or possess equivalent proficiency—and guides them through another 200-hour course using familiar topics and content to develop basic communicative skills in Korean.

A variety of speaking activities enable learners to apply the vocabulary and grammar they have learned in practical situations. Authentic and useful discourse materials are used to strengthen listening and reading skills, enhancing overall communicative competence. Additionally, process-oriented writing activities help learners improve their expressive abilities.

한국어 학습자들의 효율적이고 단계적인 한국어 능력 향상을 위해 서울대학교 언어교육원이 기획하고 서울대학교출판문화원이 출판한 새로운 정규과정용 교재이다. <서울대 한국어+ Student’s Book 2B>는 200시간의 한국어 정규과정 교육을 받았거나 그에 준하는 한국어 능력을 가진 성인 한국어 학습자들이 약 200시간의 정규과정을 통해 친숙한 주제와 내용으로 기본적인 한국어 의사소통 능력을 기르도록 구성하였다.

다양한 말하기 활동을 통해 학습자들이 익힌 어휘와 문법을 실제 상황에 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 실제성이 높고 유용한 담화를 활용하여 듣기와 읽기를 강화하고 학습자의 의사소통 능력을 향상하고자 하였다. 또 과정 중심의 쓰기 활동을 통해 표현 능력을 향상할 수 있게 하였다.
