______________________________________

After the release of their first album [FOODCOURT], they returned with [Peninsula Park], which was created after they went to London to tell new stories.

Peninsula Park represents the area where they stayed, Greenwich Peninsula, which shares the commonality of being a peninsula like Korea, and it serves as a virtual space where people eat, talk, and pass by naturally, just like a park.

Starting with Soundcheck 1, where they set up and made noise in the studio for the first time, the album moves on to Fish and Chips, which can be seen as a representative British food. It's rich and crispy.

The following tracks, Greenwich Holiday and Whiskey, are the title tracks of [Peninsula Park], featuring SOLE and THAMA. They convey a message to believe in the thoughts and feelings about our love and music, and to pursue the dream of making reality. Especially, SOLE's RAP in Whiskey is one of the highlights.

Magnolia is a song about what JINBO is experiencing these days, expressed with honesty through the track of Soul Delivery, and the next track, GMT, heralds another beginning as the mood changes.

"Source of time like a river. Where time begins, music flows along with the river surrounding time and the peninsula."

Impossible Espoir, collaborated with flutist Youjin KO based in Paris, tells their futile but not hopeless hope, and collaborated with Yoon Da-hye and R&B style Brando, who accompanied them in London.

The latter half of the album focuses on the oriental sound, with NARU collaborating with percussionist Kwak Jin-seok, followed by Wisdom, collaborating with RuRu to create a cool sound. Finally, the album concludes with See you again, anticipating what's to come next.

After their first album FOODCOURT was nominated for Best Soul/R&B Album and Song at the 2023 Korean Popular Music Awards, their second album was also nominated, showcasing a new movement in the soul/R&B scene through various parties and performances. Let's pay attention to them.
