The Season We Shine

In 2008, writer Jang Ryu-jin first met her friend Yejin in Finland during a student exchange program. Now, 15 years later, they return to Finland together, and Jang poses a question: "Do the things we’ve longed for still remain in the same place?"

Fifteen years ago, it was a snowy winter in Finland, but now it is the summer after the snow has melted. Amid the thawing snow, at the end of the blooming questions, she found herself face-to-face with who she truly is. "Why is it that you are precious to me?" "Who am I?" "Why am I like this?" These long-suppressed questions led her on a journey to find a missing piece of the puzzle that completes her.
