"Can someone be forgiven... even for taking another person's life?"

Father Jung Do-woon (Shin Seung-ho), a newly ordained priest, hears a shocking confession from a parishioner one day. The confession reveals the horrifying truth behind the "Seongju-dong Single Mother's Disappearance Case" from 13 years ago—a truth connected to the death of the mother he has been desperately searching for.

Now holding a clue to the culprit's identity, Do-woon faces a cruel dilemma: should he uphold the sacred confidentiality of confession as a priest, or seek revenge against the person responsible for his mother's death?

As he digs deeper, he discovers that a religious cult known as "Jeonsin Church" is involved. Determined to uncover the enormous secret hidden beneath the surface, Do-woon begins a lonely pursuit of the truth.
