Little Chick (Korean Edition)

노란 아기 병아리가 파란 들판 위를 쫑쫑 걸어간다. 어디로 가는 걸까? 점점 노을이 지고 곧 밤이 올 것 같은데도 병아리는 열심히 걸어간다. 눈앞에 보이는 강아지풀이 신기한지 쳐다보고, 고개를 갸웃거리며 땅도 유심히 본다. 어느새 날이 어두워지고 하늘에 별이 떴다.

병아리는 시간은 신경도 쓰지 않고 신기한 듯 별만 바라본다. 그러다 보니 하나였던 별은 세 개가 되고 깜깜해서 더 걸을 수 없게 되었다. 병아리는 계속 걸어 다녀 피곤한지 나무에 기대어 털썩 앉았다. 까만 밤인데, 이제 병아리는 어떻게 할까?

A yellow baby chick toddles across a blue field. Where could it be going? Even as the sun gradually sets and night seems just around the corner, the chick keeps walking diligently. It gazes curiously at the foxtail grass in front of it and tilts its head, carefully examining the ground below. Before long, darkness falls and stars appear in the sky.

The chick, unconcerned about the passing time, simply stares at the stars in wonder. As it watches, the single star becomes three, and the darkness grows so deep that the chick can no longer continue walking. Tired from wandering for so long, the chick leans against a tree and plops down. It is a pitch-black night—what will the chick do now?
