K-Movie [ Method Acting ] DVD

Actor Lee Dong-hwi gained enormous popularity as the comedic character 'Algyein,' but he longs to be taken seriously as a dramatic actor. After suspending all activities and taking a break to escape his comic image, he is finally cast as a king in the historical drama 'Gyeonghwasuwol,' starring his top-star junior Jung Tae-min (Kang Chan-hee).

Determined to demonstrate genuine method acting, he even undertakes a public fast. But humiliation follows from the very first day of filming: he repeatedly makes mistakes, and a triangular rice ball hidden in his pants is discovered. To make matters worse, his older brother Lee Dong-tae (Yoon Kyung-ho), who accompanies him to the set instead of his manager, repeatedly interferes. Tension with the younger star and sudden script changes pile up, and the once-serious film set gradually turns into an uncontrollable comedy, completely contrary to his intentions.
